If you are not 100% satisfied with the products that you have purchased from our website, we are more than happy to offer you exchanges within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase or a 15% restocking fee for refunds.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please contact us by filling our Contact form and a representative will contact you back to get your product exchanged.
For returns you will need the product along with its original packaging and the original receipt. Exchanges are accepted within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we are responsible and will only offer exchange/refund for products that have been purchased at our official website and not by vendors.  If you purchased the products via our website, please get in touch with our customer service center at at 877-000-0000, Mon – Thurs 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Fri 8:30 AM – 4 PM. ​Can I exchange online purchases at a store?

Some of our stores are operated by private vendors and therefore will not be able to accommodate an in-person exchange for an online purchase.

What should I know before sending the products for online exchange?

  • All products must be returned in original condition along with any relevant paperwork, accessories, manuals and the original packaging.
  • Items that have been damaged or defaced will not be eligible for replacements.
  • The parcel as well as its contents are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach Formidabless.
  • We advise you to always use a trackable shipment type when returning goods.
  • Formidabless does not take any responsibility for replacing goods that have been delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please note that the cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
